Kids can discover a sense of happiness and peace within themselves in this fast-paced world we live in by practicing yoga with a joyous and creative approach. Yoga helps improve memory, boost energy levels and increase attention spans. It increases focus and self-confidence that helps children develop a positive outlook on life.
This class is offered once per week for children between 7 & 10y for 45min up to 60min depending on the age group and for adults twice per week for 75min each time.
